The 30th of November is the deadline for receiving nominations for Prince Talal International Prize

The Arab Gulf Development Programme for Development (AGFUND) announced that the 30th day of November 2019 is the deadline for receiving nominations for Prince Talal International Prize targeting the sixth goal of the SDGs 2030 “Ensure access to water and sanitation for all”.

AGFUND calls on UN, international, and regional organizations, national NGOs, ministries and public institutions, social business enterprises, individuals and all development actors around the world to submit their nomination for the Prize before the deadline.

It is worth mentioning that the amount of Prince Talal International Prize is US$1,000,000, divided into four categories; the First category prize (US$ 400,000), specified for projects implemented by UN agencies or international and regional NGOs, the Second category prize (US$ 300,000), specified for projects implemented by national NGOs, the Third category prize (US$ 200,000), specified for projects implemented by governmental bodies (ministries and public institutions social business enterprises) or social business enterprises and the Fourth category prize (US$ 100,000), specified for projects initiated, funded and/or implemented by individuals.
