“UNICEF” honors HRH Prince Talal and appreciates “HRH venerable efforts toward children of the world”

In conjunction with a symposium on “social protection policies of children in the Gulf” held in Riyadh The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) expressed its great appreciation to Prince Talal Bin Abdulaziz, President of the Arab Gulf Programme for United Nations Development Organizations (AGFUND), President of the Arab Council for Childhood and Development (ACCD). UNICEF also highly praised “HRH venerable efforts towards children of the world and the fruitful cooperation between UNICEF and development organizations sponsored by HRH”. This was at the reception of Dr. Ibrahim Al Zik, representative of the UNICEF in the Arab States of the Gulf by HRH Prince Talal in his office in Riyadh on Tuesday afternoon, 25th January 2013, where Dr. Ibrahim presented a memorial souvenir as a recognition of the efforts of HRH Prince Talal in childhood development and care…. The meeting was attended by Dr. Hassan Al Beblawi, Secretary General of the ACCD.
