Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, innovation, business development, research, consulting, development programs, or related fields.
§ At least 3 years in managerial positions within strategy, innovation, business development, research, or organizational transformation functions.
§ Experience within development institutions, international organizations, government entities, consulting firms, or innovation-focused organizations.
Experience engaging executive leadership, development partners, research institutions, and external stakeholders to support strategic planning and organizational growth.

§ Strong research, market intelligence, benchmarking, and opportunity assessment capabilities.
§ Knowledge of innovation methodologies, design thinking, business case development, and strategic analysis techniques.
§ Ability to generate strategic insights and evaluate emerging opportunities to support evidence-based decision-making.

§ Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
§ Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills across executive leadership, development partners, research institutions, innovation ecosystems, and strategic stakeholders.
§ Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
