Qualifications
Oversee AGFUND’s financial inclusion strategy, ecosystem development, affiliated institutions, strategic partnerships, and portfolio performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Development Finance, Banking, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Master’s degree and professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including 5–7 years in managerial positions.
Skills
- Strong strategic leadership, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and complex institutional initiatives.
- Experience working with development organizations, financial institutions, government entities, international organizations, or similar environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
