Financial Inclusion Director

Oversee AGFUND’s financial inclusion strategy, ecosystem development, affiliated institutions, strategic partnerships, and portfolio performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Development Finance, Banking, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Master’s degree and professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent are preferred.

Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including 5–7 years in managerial positions.

• The Financial Inclusion Director oversees AGFUND’s financial inclusion strategy, ecosystem development, and affiliated financial inclusion institution activities, ensuring alignment with the organization’s development mandate and long-term strategic objectives. The role oversees the development, expansion, performance monitoring, and strategic positioning of AGFUND’s financial inclusion ecosystem while fostering partnerships, institutional collaboration, and sustainable growth across affiliated entities.

• Strong strategic leadership, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and complex institutional initiatives.
• Experience working with development organizations, financial institutions, government entities, international organizations, or similar environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
