Qualifications
Lead AGFUND’s strategic partnerships, development projects, grants and financing portfolio, advisory services, and capacity-building initiatives to maximize development impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, International Relations, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree and certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CFA, FRM, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 16 years of relevant experience, including 8–10 years in senior leadership positions.
Skills
- Strong strategic leadership, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and complex institutional initiatives.
- Experience working with development organizations, financial institutions, government entities, international organizations, or similar environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
