Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree and professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or FRM are preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 16 years of relevant experience, including 8–10 years in leadership positions.
Skills
- strong strategic leadership, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and complex institutional initiatives.
- Experience working with development organizations, financial institutions, government entities, international organizations, or similar environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
